The opposite side centers around a sofa, armchairs, and a wall-mounted TV, creating a comfortable spot to watch a game or meet up with neighbors. The kitchenette area adds convenience with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and plenty of counter space for prepping snacks or setting out food during gatherings.
